Estates Geyser Management
Geysers are the most-failed appliance in any estate — and a burst geyser causes ceiling damage, insurance claims and resident disruption. We offer estates a single contract covering all geysers across the complex, with planned anode and valve replacement, drip tray checks, and priority call-outs for bursts and leaks.
About this service
Our estates geyser management contract covers every geyser in your estate — individual unit geysers, centralised cylinders, solar geysers, and the associated drip trays, valves and pipe work. We service all major brands (Kwikot, Franke, Twintech and others), and our contract includes scheduled anode and TP valve replacement, drip tray and overflow inspection, element and thermostat checks, fault monitoring, priority burst response, and a discounted rate on resident call-outs. You get a single account manager, a monthly report, and predictable monthly costs.
Faults we resolve
- Multiple geysers failing with no planned replacement
- Burst geysers causing ceiling and water damage
- No central record of geyser ages and service history
- Reactive, expensive call-outs instead of a fixed monthly cost
- Drip trays and overflow pipes not maintained
- Anodes never replaced — geysers failing early
- Body corporate needs a single accountable contractor
